No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. We do NOT offer exchanges. Other Final Sale items include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. DAMAGED ITEMS Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
